Design & Analysis
It is not exaggerated to say that the design
determines if the mold is good or bad.
In our company, we handle according the
situation the 2D and 3D design features,
trying always to reach the faster and most
reliable mold desgin.
With a leader expert on the assembling
and machining process, our design department
is aware of what is an easy-to-assemble
and easy-to-process mold design.
For the gate system design, we analyze
about 6 different patterns a day searching
for the optimal shape with our CAE software.
Machining process
Highly accurated machinery is essential
to make precise parts such as
those used in molds.
We always seek for the best in market,
and update our equipment according
to the changes across time.
Jigs for the "setup" also affect the
process precision and time,
to guarantee the quality we design
and manufacture it by ourselves.
Assembly
With the assembling drawing and 3D models,
in order we assemble all the parts made
in-house, from providers, and the purchased
standard parts.
A check list is used on each process,
with that we can control the quality level.
Having molds heavier than 15 tons, high
standard skill for its handling is required.
